●秋天要养颜须先养肺

    能让我们的脸上水（口加当）（口加当）的，是我们多半都不会去关注的器官——肺。我们只记得那张脸了，只要还能呼吸管肺做什么呢。事实上，肺是主管身体水分分布的，并且，“肺主皮毛”，肺若是进了风邪，脸上就总是毛毛燥燥的了。

    一到秋天，天气又干又燥变化无常，我们的上呼吸道经常火烧火燎的，鼻子总是干干的，肺承受着外界诸多侵扰，肺气伤了，一会感冒一会上火的，所以，滋阴润肺兼享受美食就要在秋天了。

   ●秋天养颜要多吃银耳

    猫猫首推的美食，就是银耳了，老天是很奇怪的，一种颜色对应一个器官，比如黑色的东西多补肾，而青绿的美食就补肝，而白色的食物，一般就会入肺经了。

在秋天，好吃又润肺养颜的东西是白色的，银耳，雪梨，百合，加上冰糖炖得又甜又糯，每天晚上来一小碗真是很享受喔。要加强一点功效，也可以加上玉竹或是麦冬，这都是很适合秋天吃的药材。

    也不是其它颜色的东西不能加了，加枸杞、红枣、桂圆什么的，也不要害怕放冰糖，炖银耳一定要加冰糖，糖水才够润呢。

到了秋天，姐妹们都会发现口很干，喝多少水都没用，只搞得老上卫生间，早上起来还一个肿眼泡。因为肺气伤了，喝多少水也只是增加肾脏的负担罢了。

   ●秋天还要多喝冰糖莲藕茶

    还有另一个猫猫很爱喝的就是冰糖莲藕茶，这更容易做了，买一节莲藕，老一点的也不要紧，不削皮，也不要去掉藕节，洗洗干净切成薄片，放到砂锅里煮沸，再文火煮到水变成那种淡淡的粉色，加冰糖过滤掉藕渣就可以喝了。有淡淡的莲藕香，而且如果过程没用铁器的话，茶色就会粉得很漂亮，正是所谓的“藕荷色”呢，用来招待客人很别致喔，莲藕也是润肺的佳品呢。

    还有很多可以润肺的东西喔，像淮山，杏仁、白萝卜、莲子、鸭肉和鲈鱼，我们可以尽情享用。而且让皮肤从里面水（口加当）（口加当）。那些煎的、炸的、口味太重的、太香辣的东西都有损我们的津液，为了我们的俏脸，放弃吧！

我个人尝试了有数月,发现确实不错,白色食物润肺,比如,梨,(我每天一个),隔三差五的炖一锅银耳红枣汤(红枣,银耳,绿豆,百合,莲心,枸杞,冰糖),而且,我最近又发现一副养颜方子,据说非常有效,今天也开始吃了,哎,因为我也是个非常喜欢吃的女孩,所以,不介意给自己这么补啊.女人就要对自己好一点嘛!

因为本身是女孩子,所以对美容方面比较关注,包括对饮食结构和饮食习惯的注重.

今天我就把我从我婆婆那学来的一道美容佳品呈现给那些和我一样有爱美情节的女孩子们.

废话不多说.直接写上制作过程吧

材料:大白菜半颗,葱一小把.姜5片,蒜4瓣,盐,鸡精,糖,白醋

制作方法:1.将大白菜切成宽为5CM左右的长条,再将长条斜切成多个菱形状小块,(这样有利于腌制充分,入味.)然后将其放在器皿中放入盐,充分和匀,看上去每片叶子上都占到盐了为准.放置一小时.

        2.将葱切成5CM的葱段,姜和算切成沫备用

        3.一小时后,将腌制中的白菜用手用力捏搓,将白菜吸收的盐份用力挤出,,并将白菜捏去部分水后放入另外的盆中,放入清水过洗一遍,再将水分捏干后的白菜放入干净器皿中.放入少许盐,糖,葱段,姜蒜沫,最后是醋充分搅拌.

        4.依个人口味,可适当调整盐,糖,醋的分量,或喜欢辣的朋友可加入少许辣椒.

 很简单吧.大白菜和醋的组合,还有美白,去斑的功效哟,每日摄取,效果很显著.

    醋，不仅是人们经常食用的调味佳品，而且是传统的养颜，健肤，美容减肥之品，且效果较好，无副作用。

    醋可使体内过多的脂肪转变为体能消耗掉，并促进糖类和蛋白质的代谢，故可防治肥胖，也可达到减肥的作用。

    醋这种传统的美容佳品，可适用于不同性质的皮肤。

    1，皮肤粗糙的人，将5份食醋与1份甘油混合调匀，涂抹于皮肤上，经常使用能使皮肤变得光洁，细腻。洗脸，洗手时加入1汤匙食醋，长期使用，可使皮肤变得光洁，细嫩。

    2，将桃仁250克浸在500克食醋中，密封保存在玻璃瓶内，10天后即成，每日饮1汤匙，久之对改善皮肤粗糙，晦黯等有较好效果。

    3，取新黄250克，用醋浸泡15天，每天取10粒左右嚼食，可减淡面部的色素，有降低胆固醇和改善肝功能的功效。

    4，洗过头发之后，再用加入了少量食醋的温水漂洗一下，20分钟后用清水冲洗，可使头发逐渐变黑，并富有光泽。 头皮屑多的人，每晚睡觉前用醋涂抹头皮，揉搓头发根部，有减少头皮屑的效用。

    5，取黄瓜，南瓜，胡萝卜，白菜，卷心菜各适量，洗净切片后，用盐腌6个小时，再加食醋凉拌佐餐，日久，可减淡面部的色素，对防治粉刺也有一定效果。

    6，取醋200毫升，加热浓缩至100毫升，每天外擦面部扁平疣（病毒引起的），坚持使用有一定疗效。

    醋作为一种食品，即能达到保健的作用，又能够减肥美容，可以说是一举两得。

Place: undergroud,office

Somebody know that the undergroud in Shanghai is crowded so much at rush hour.On beginning my new job,i have to take the undergroud to office everyday.there is nothing but the crowd.I am afraid every working day, especial on morning and night.But i enjoy my working time at office.

This morning,the undergroud is crowded as usual.I at last got on the train after missing  several ones.Unfortunately,i was bumped heavily on my face by some passager's packing when i got into the train with the crowd.because it was really biting,so i whispered that why come here with large packing on rush hour.their packing is large actually.They should avoid that unseasonable time i think.

It's hot today,perspired heavily on morning train and perspired heavily on lunch way as well.My god,how could i get through the following working days and the following summer working days.i must think about it,and had better work out a nice method to this problem.

Just now, an assistant of our filiale come our headquater to deal with some cases and my boss told me to cooperate to her and make a list what i do to make her clear.and said whatever her doesnt know,just ask me.i will busy more again.hehe.

I started my job a month ago.This is my new job after my graduation from jiaotong university network education institution.i worked as as assistant of administration&operation center.It is chiefly that handle with some little events .of course i am busy these days.Though my salary is not so high,but i am thinking that i should do my best dealing with any things every day happened on my work.It will be my good chance to gain more woring experience for my career.

I stoped my writing blog for several weeks,not too busy to write it.Just no mood to care it,i means that i kept bad mood for a whole month for my study,job,life......

Fortunely,i am alive now.

On February 13,i will fly to shenyang with chenchong.and stay for a week there living throuth New year.we already have the schedual for that first day ,it dine together with chenchong's classmates and the second day,we will have skee together with them including chenchong's brother &sister.i am looking forward to it with happiness.

Now ,i gonna to work,next day i will be back here again.see you.

These days i have been learning about "Scanning &Skimming" of English.This is a rather good method of how to fast read english article with good comprehension.Frankly,i appreciated this way .and i believe i should keep it everyday.

Now i have a good story here that happened in my house last night.

well,a man who i named "the frog in well".First, let me describe him little."the frog" is about 159CM tall,not shanghainese.and look like 30 years old.He called to me the day before yesterday and told me he would rent my house ,so i allowed him to come my house having a look and then he said he was willing to rent this room.then he paid the deposit and would take the key the next day.But,when we met again, it was funny that he said "I must see your ID first" .well,,i gave him and that's ok,then he said "i must check your BF's work ID" i told him we have no work ID, and if he want to make sure our details ,i adviced him go to our company to get information.it was funny that he said " i have the work ID ,so why you dont have,and i think whatever companies should offer work ID.AND I DONT HEAR OF ANY COMPANIES WITHOUT WORK ID"i almost faint,Then he asked that he must see the landlord and sign the contract with landlord but the term of renting this room must be less three months,and he supplemented he dont know weather he will be in shanghai after three months.TNND,i told him that i want to look for someone who will live here for long~~ time when we met the first time,and he agreend at that time.i want to kill this "frog".  how stupid  he is.  

i dont think that i want to rent him my house,so i handed back the 50RMB deposit and told him ,dont do this again ,that's stupid.clear your brain .  

that's all ,i was angry with him last night.because he wasted my lot of time.i hated him.

　　我们通过She is kind. 和She is being kind.的对比, 可以由此及彼, 举一反三地想到:

    She is good (helpful, a fool, an angel, a nuisance...)
不等于
　　She is being good (helpful, a fool, an angel, a nuisance...)

　　因为She is being good = She is behaving well.

　　最后还需在此补充一句: 表示状态的时候, "be"不能用于进行体. 例如, 我们不可以说:

　　The Japanese sumo star Akebono is being fat. (只能说...is fat)
